Strength
takes
its time.

Ironbark is a reformer Pilates and strength studio built for people who want to keep training for the next thirty years, not the next thirty days. Eight reformers, six barbells, and a coach who knows your name and your springs.

The reformer floor at Ironbark Studio

Two weeks, three classes$49. Any class in the timetable.

Start here

A small room, run properly.

Eight reformers. Six barbells.

Class caps are set by how many people one coach can actually watch, not by how many bodies fit in the room. Every class has a hard cap and it does not move.

Coached, not choreographed

Nobody is running a playlist at the front of the room. Coaches walk the floor, load your springs, change your weight, and tell you when something needs to look different.

Six-week training blocks

Programming runs in blocks that build on each other, so the work in week six is measurably harder than week one. You are training toward something, not attending a class.

What you can train here.

Reformer Flow

45 min · 8 reformers

Continuous, controlled reformer work built around breath and range. The entry point to the studio and the class most people start with.

Reformer Strong

45 min · 8 reformers

Heavier spring loads, longer holds, fewer transitions. Built for people who have found Flow comfortable and want the work to get harder.

Strength

50 min · 6 people

Small-group barbell and dumbbell training. Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, loaded and progressed across a six-week block.

Mobility & Restore

40 min · 10 people

Loaded stretching, joint work and breathing. Slow, unglamorous, and the reason people keep training through their fifties.

Semi-Private

60 min · 2 – 3 people

Bring a friend or a partner and split a coach. Your own program, written for the group, run at your own pace.

1:1 Personal Training

60 min · Just you

Fully individual programming, including return-to-training work alongside a physio or specific strength goals.

Come and try one.

The first class is the hardest one to book and the easiest one to do. If you are not sure which class suits you, or you have an injury to work around, send an enquiry and a coach will tell you where to start.
